LISTING AGENT Christopher Bibby, Sutton Group-Associates Realty Inc.

The Action: Open houses were not arranged for this two-bedroom corner suite in the Radio City community next to the National Ballet School, so roughly 25 buyers requested private showings.

What They Got: Built about six years ago in one of two high-rises in the complex, this 975-square-foot suite has an open concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows facing south and west.

The interior decor is stylish with granite kitchen counters and laminate floors that flow throughout, including the foyer, central dining area and entertaining area by the sliding balcony doors.

The two bathrooms were redone with modern tiles, vanities and toilets, as well as a two-person steam shower.

Practical amenities include kitchen and laundry appliances, an ensuite locker with shelving and underground parking.

The monthly fee of $578 incorporates the cost of heating and water, concierge services and operation of a gym, media and party rooms, among other things.

The Agent’s Take: “It had a large living and dining room space, which is quite uncommon for most two-bedroom units in that price range,” says agent Christopher Bibby. “My clients did a $70,000 renovation to both washrooms, so it was quite nice as most units in the building are original.”
