LISTING AGENT: Christopher Bibby, Sutton Group-Associates Realty Inc.

The Action: This two-bedroom corner suite at the Printing Factory Lofts in Leslieville fetched a conditional offer within its first week on the market. Another 40 shoppers toured the unit in the interim and a second offer came in, higher than the first, and grabbed the unit.

What They Got: About five years ago, a century-old, red brick warehouse was converted into hard lofts and expanded for soft lofts, such as this 1,000-square-foot unit with 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and walkouts to a 1,300-square-foot terrace facing south and west from the master suite and combined living and dining area.

Plumbed areas include a kitchen with an island and stainless steel appliances, two bathrooms and laundry facilitates.

The third-floor unit comes with a locker and parking, plus monthly fees of $493 for concierge, security and party room.

The Agent’s Take: “It’s the largest terrace in the building. It’s larger than the interior space and it was larger than most backyards in the downtown core,” says agent Christopher Bibby. “It has a split-bedroom plan, so a lot of people liked that the two bedrooms were in opposite parts of the suite.”
